The Elberta High School Band of Warriors started in 2017. In the first year, the band consisted of roughly 40 members aged from grades 7-9. Now, the Band of Warriors consists of over 90 members, aged from grades 9-12. Since the conception of the band, the band has consistently received superior ratings at marching and concert competitions and assessments. The band consists of woodwinds, brass, percussion, and guard. The band is under the direction of Mr. Josh Cockrell and Mr. David Collins.
